The 47th Annual Corn Hill Arts Festival, presented by ESL Federal Credit Union, will be held on July 11-12, 2015. The Festival is a Rochester tradition that celebrates art in a variety of mediums. This year’s Festival will have a renewed emphasis on music, featuring 28 performances on four stages throughout the two-day event.
The 585 Magazine Avery Mall Stage features two solo performances by emerging artist Lindsey Saunders. Lindsey is known for crafting acoustic, original music. Her performances across the country have received critical acclaim, most notably at SXSW and The Sundance Music Festival.
On the Labbatt Blue Light Gazebo Stage, Hank & Cupcakes, a Brooklyn, NY based indie
duo, will perform. The band is popular for their fun, electro-pop sound and as noted in the Huffington Post, “The most fun you will have listening to any band in the new year.”
On The Valley Cadillac Main Stage, this year’s don’t miss performance comes from Funky BluRoots. The band mixes original music with unique cover arrangements by artists such as The Allman Brothers Band, Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Robben Ford, Jimi Hendrix, and Carlos Santana.
