The Corn Hill Neighbors Association announces the return of the Corn Hill Arts Festival for the 2023 season. The festival will take place on July 8th and 9th, 2023, and will be presented by long-standing festival partner, sponsor, and supporter of the arts, ESL Federal Credit Union (ESL).
“The Corn Hill Arts Festival is a cornerstone of the Rochester community, attracting visitors from near and far,” said Bill Belecz, 2023 Festival Chair. “With the support of ESL Federal Credit Union, we continue the festival’s long history of celebrating the arts in our city, and creating memorable experiences for thousands of visitors.”

With four music stages, food trucks, beer and wine gardens, and family-friendly activities, there’s something for everyone at this festival.”
