2019 Corn Hill Arts Festival Embraces

“Come for the Art, Stay for It All!”

Rochester, NY, February 7, 2019 – The Corn Hill Neighbors Association is excited to announce that the 51st Annual Corn Hill Arts Festival, presented by ESL Federal Credit Union,  will take place July 13th and 14th, in historic Corn Hill.

With the main focus on celebrating the special 50th anniversary last year, the Corn Hill Arts Festival is looking to the next 50 years with renewed energy on original art. The slogan, “Come for the Art, Stay for It All!” articulates the range of experiences that the Festival offers.

“This Festival has been a favorite summer event in the Rochester community since 1969 and it has been truly incredible to watch it grow throughout the years,” said the 2019 Chairperson, Bill Kelly.

“The goal of the Festival has always been to showcase original arts and crafts, exposing the community to a wide array of talent and supporting the artists.”

The Festival will feature over 350 artists with a a variety of unique handcrafted creations across nine historic streets. In addition to the tremendous selection of art, visitors can enjoy four music stages with 27 free performances, food trucks, beer and wine gardens, and a family-fun area including the magical Fairy Houses Tour and Stokoe Farms Express Train.

Funds raised during the Corn Hill Arts Festival through sponsorships, vendors and exhibitors are disbursed by the Corn Hill Neighbors Association for a variety of community needs. Festival funds are also used for protecting and promoting the historical character and beauty of the area. The Corn Hill Neighbors Association encourages cultural diversity, and strives to foster good relations not only within the neighborhood, but surrounding communities as well.
