As a solo artist, Mike plays covers from classic bands like REO Speedwagon, Journey and The Rolling Stones, to contemporary artists including Ed Sheeran and Jason Mraz, to Americana greats like Roger Cline, Johnny Cash and Neil Young. He’s even been known to play Post Malone and The Partridge Family! Mike has some great original music too. Songs like “Swim Up Bar” and “Blender Drinks” are fan favorites.
Mike heads up a fun band called Shades of Grey and makes regular appearances with his band mates in duo/trio combos. Mike says he tries not to take himself too seriously, whether he’s describing his music career, or his extensive career as an Executive Chef. “If you love what you do and you have fun at it, you never have to work a day in your life!”
