Jimmy Richmond, saxophonist and vocalist for Rochester’s premier funk band, Prime Time Funk, has teamed up with Diana Jacobs (vocals & percussion) and Dave Kuykendall (guitar) of Diana Jacobs Band, a high-energy eight-piece horn band and winner of the 2018 SAMMY (Syracuse Area Music Awards) for Best R&B recording. The trio takes it down a notch to present a unique and soulful repertoire of everybody’s rock, pop, blues, and jazz favorites. Dave’s fingerstyle arrangements of these classic tunes are unique and fresh. Jimmy and Diana’s vocals blend seamlessly through the cover material as well as Diana and Dave’s original compositions.
