Gomer%2002 15 2009Jeff Riales was born in Memphis Tennessee and raised in the back woods of Mississippi. He has made his home here in Rochester for over 20 years now. He is the best country and Americana artist that resides in this area. Jeff is an dynamic song writer who has written well over 200 songs & ballads. They paint vivid pictures & tell creative stories of life situations in general as well as his experiences with growing up in the deep south. He is a master of the acoustic guitar. His music is witty, colorful, thoughtful and very interesting.

Jeff has appeared on the WXXI On Stage public television series and has recently opened for John Hiatt and Chris Smithers.

He is currently working on his fifth recording which is due to come out in the fall of 2010.
He was awarded the local 2008 album of the year for his last release entitled “The Ticket”. Mr. Riales will be joined by mandolin/bassist/fiddle master Bruce Diamond who will also perform with Watkins and The Rapiers later in the day. This performance is highly recommended for all country and Americana fans.
