Spectra is a tightly knit combo with a diverse palette of stylized, interpreted, blues, blue-eyed-soul, jazz-fusion, rock and Latin flavors. Members of Spectra hail from the upstate New York region and have graced stages and studios locally, regionally and nationally. Members of Spectra have also shared many stages with national and international acts.
Spectra is fronted by the lead vocals and guitar of Doug Hilsinger, Dave Profeta provides backing vocals and guitar. Holding down the rhythm and bottom is Van Sanzotta on drums and Chuck Elberti on bass. With Spectra you’ll get something old, something new, something borrowed and something blues. From the Allmans to Allison, Bonamassa to Beck, and Cash to Cobham, Spectra’s many musical colors and influences offer something for everyone.
